Ordering custom print should be simple. At Rogue Prints it is — four steps from idea to delivery. Here is exactly what happens after you click order.

Step 1 — Pick your product

Browse the shop and choose the product that suits the job. Every listing spells out the size, stock, finish and quantity you are getting, along with the regular and sale price. Add it to your cart and check out as normal.

Step 2 — Upload your artwork

After checkout, send us your print-ready artwork. The easiest way is to email it to support@rogueprints.store quoting your order number — or attach it during the order process if the product allows uploads. A print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour is ideal. Not sure your file is right? Our Artwork Guidelines walk you through the setup, and our free artwork check catches anything you missed.

Step 3 — We check and print

This is where we earn our keep. A real member of our prepress team opens your file and checks resolution, bleed, colour mode, fonts and layout against the product you ordered. If something looks off, we pause your job and email you — nothing prints until the file is right. Once approved, your job goes to press. Most products print within 3–5 business days of artwork approval.

Step 4 — Delivered to your door

Your prints are packed flat (or rolled, for banners) and shipped with tracking to anywhere in Australia. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. From order to doorstep, most jobs land within 7–10 business days — metro areas often sooner.

What if something goes wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, or we made an error in printing, tell us straight away with a photo of the problem. Genuine manufacturing defects and transit damage are covered by our quality guarantee: we reprint the job or refund you. Because we print on demand, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns — but we will always put right a mistake that is ours. See Shipping & Returns for the full details.
