These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rogue Prints website and your purchase of printed products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Rogue Prints is an online print shop operated from Unit 20/17 Cairns St, Loganholme QLD 4129, Australia. You can contact us at support@rogueprints.store or on +61 1300 658 500.
2. Products and pricing
All products are described on their product pages, including size, stock, finish and quantity. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Every order includes our free prepress artwork check as standard.
3. Artwork
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork and for the accuracy of its content, including spelling, contact details and pricing. Our prepress check reviews technical printability (resolution, bleed, colour mode, fonts) but does not proofread your copy. If we identify a technical problem, we will pause your job and contact you before printing.
By supplying artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to reproduce it or are authorised to do so, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or breach any law. You indemnify us against any claim arising from the reproduction of your artwork. We may refuse to print material that is unlawful, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
4. Orders and production
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Production time is counted in business days from artwork approval. Estimated turnaround times are estimates only; while we work hard to meet them, we are not liable for delays caused by artwork issues, courier delays or events beyond our reasonable control. If your job has not yet gone to press and you need changes, contact us immediately — we will do our best to help.
5. Delivery
We ship tracked parcels anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide a complete and correct delivery address; we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
6. Quality guarantee, returns and refunds
If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will reprint the job or refund you. Because all products are printed on demand to your artwork, change-of-mind returns and refunds are not available once printing has begun. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Colour variation
Printed colours may vary from what you see on screen due to the difference between RGB displays and CMYK print. Minor colour variation between print runs is normal. Exact colour matching (including Pantone matching) is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific order.
8. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and, for larger trade orders, bank transfer. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your order is limited to the reprint of the goods or a refund of the purchase price, at our option. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
